Sunday from 7 pm – 10 pm, Tuesday from 10 am – 1 pm and Thursday from 1 pm – 4 pm. On Tuesdays the Help line maybe staffed by Male & Female counsellors.Our minicom helpline number for deaf people is (023) 636314. It is open at the same times as the telephone helpline. At other times, you can leave a message to be called back.
At other times, if your call is not answered, you can leave a message to be called back.
